Saraswati Plastotech – Bottling

Saraswati Plastotech India Pvt. Ltd. (SPIPL) started in June 2010. We have two sub-verticals in this vertical—one for manufacturing plastic containers, bottles, jerrycans, etc., and the other for the polycarbonate sheet business, which includes multiwall sheets, solid sheets, embossed sheets, LED diffuser sheets, and corrugated sheets.

Plastotech started looking at the backward integration scope for manufacturing products like plastic jerrycans, bottle caps, closures, and containers for agrochemical companies, pharmaceutical companies, and other fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. Rigid plastic bottles and containers using HDPE and PET materials are manufactured using modern technology, such as Injection Moulding, Extrusion Blow Moulding, ISBM, Injection Blow Moulding, and Wadding. A variety of bottles are manufactured in customisable colours ranging from size 10 ml to 5 litres.
